We offer a variety of self-contained studio and 2-bedroom units, all of which open out to a private sitting area. There is plenty of off-street parking (some undercover), a guest laundry and a BBQ for your added convenience. Free WiFi is available.

We are only a short stroll from the very heart of Picton town centre and Waikawa Marina, and conveniently located for an overnight stopover, whether getting on or off the ferry.

We have a variety of quality restaurants close by, to which we operate a complimentary drop-off service. We are also close to many outdoor pursuits out of the marina and offer a free drop-off/pick-up service for trampers.

There are a number of day walks close by including the Tirohanga – a beautiful walk with views of Picton and the Queen Charlotte Sounds – and two further walks can be started from Essons Valley, one which takes you to the lower Humphries Dam and the other to the upper Barnes Dam. The Snout is an extensive walk approximately three and a half hours and provides panoramic views of the Queen Charlotte Sounds. There are various short walks from the Picton foreshore which can be incorporated in the Snout Trail: Shelley Beach – 10 minutes via Coathanger Bridge, Bob's Bay. For the more adventurous traveller the Queen Charlotte Track is what it's all about.
